Best possible location, cheerful staff and reasonable breakfast with yummy products. Efficient check-in, smooth check-out. There were heated pool, small parking, but I liked hotel's excellent views more.

The staff were INCREDIBLY KIND and the restaurant was lovely! The bedroom was compact and non-smoking. There was Kit Kat within walking distance of the hotel.

The location was fab, magnificent place to stay for our needs. Staff impeccably trained & were more than helpful. Food was good - plenty of options. Nestled close to restaurants and oceanarium. Also, it was 15 minutes' walk to an over 553-metre tower. Good customer care too.

Absolutely great location, adjoining bar, wonderful staff. My roof top room had a private safe, a mini-bar and a study table. The bed was lovely and I loved an excellent bathroom. Quite clean and simply fantastic hotel in Downtown Toronto district: )
